I built this because I had to author her first.
Authored by Her is the platform I needed in the years I was waiting for someone — a partner, a parent, a version of life — to finally choose me. It never came from out there. It came from learning to choose myself in language, in ritual, in body, in the story I told about who I was.
I am a coach, journal author, and NLP practitioner. But mostly I am a woman who knows what it feels like to abandon herself for love — and what it takes to come home.
For years I called myself a romantic. I was really just a woman without a relationship to herself. The work I now offer is the work that rebuilt me: identity-level language, emotional pattern recognition, self-leadership, and the daily ritual of telling a truer story about who you are becoming.
This platform exists so that no one else has to wait as long as I did to be chosen by the most important person in the room.
