Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access issues are handled for Authored by Her products and services. Please read this page before purchasing a journal, booking coaching, using Her Next Page, or joining any future paid offer.
Digital products
Digital journals, downloadable materials, AI letters, templates, prompts, and digital resources are final sale once delivered or accessed. Because these products are available immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered for digital products.
Technical access issues
If you cannot access a digital product because of a technical issue, email hello@authoredbyher.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the file, or provide a working link.
Print journals
Print journals are not yet available for checkout. Once print fulfillment is active, refund or replacement terms will depend on the print provider, shipping status, and whether the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are reserved appointment times. The Mirror Session, The Self-Trust Edit, and The Authorship Room are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rescheduling coaching
You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed session and may not be refunded or replaced.
Missed sessions
If you miss a scheduled coaching session without notice, the session may be forfeited. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at Patricia's discretion, but are not guaranteed.
Coaching packages
Multi-session coaching packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase or in the coaching agreement. Unused sessions may not be refunded once the package has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applications and deposits
If an application-based offer, deposit, or payment plan is introduced later, the refund terms for that offer will be shown before payment.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact hello@authoredbyher.com before filing a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access, scheduling, or billing concerns.
