Questions

Before you book.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. The work here focuses on reflection, identity, choices, emotional patterns, communication, and self-leadership. If you are in crisis, processing trauma, or need clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist. Coaching can complement therapy, but it does not replace it.

What happens before my first session?

After your request is confirmed, you will receive a private intake form. This helps Patricia understand what you are navigating, where you feel stuck, and what you want to leave the session with. The form is not meant to be perfect. It is simply a doorway into the conversation.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. Many women arrive with a feeling before they have language. You might know you are tired, resentful, heartbroken, restless, or ready for something different. That is enough. The work begins by naming what has been living under the surface.

Will I receive homework?

Yes, but it will be reflective, not overwhelming. Depending on your container, you may receive journal prompts, small behavior experiments, boundary scripts, or self-trust practices. The goal is not to perform healing. The goal is to notice yourself in real life and choose differently.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full. This policy protects Patricia's time and keeps the coaching container respectful for both people.

"You do not need to arrive polished. Just arrive honest. We will begin from there."
